 Job Summary:

You manage a list of 5 clients which happen to be hospitals. You provide Customer Service to their Patients.   The environment is very fast paced, requiring consistent multi-tasking - each client has their own system- at any given time, you may have upwards of 10 different programs open at one time, including email and instant messaging. Strong Computer Skills are required.

  • Inbound Calls (80%): consist of customer service related items: such as explaining the hospital bill, checking insurance / making sure insurance was billed or to update with new insurance.  Requests for itemized statements or request for Financial assistance.  You will also take payments and/or create payment arrangements.


  • Outbound Calls (20%): typically consist of contacting your client’s patients to discuss their outstanding medical bills. *Goal is to set-up payment arrangements or collect a payment in full.

** Program begins with 3 weeks of Classroom Training > Monday thru Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm – following training you move to your permanent schedule> Monday thru Thursday 12:00 pm – 9:00 pm and Fridays 10:00 am – 7:00 pm.  Bilingual positions available

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Customer service experience a plus

  • Past Call Center Experience a plus

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Stellar customer service skills – and an overwhelming desire to make lives better, one interaction at a time

  • Strong Computer Skills required

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Strong listening/comprehension skills

  • Ability to stay composed and objective

  • Conversational, patient and confident, with a positive attitude


Work Environment

Physical Demands

Constant sedentary work. You’ll typically be sitting for most of the time, so be sure get up and stretch once in a while. Your circulatory system will thank you.
