Job Summary

Provide analytic consulting support complementing the automated reporting analytics for each account. Monitor and highlight operational trends in the data using self-guided analysis to pulling data from the data warehouse or reporting analytics platform. Build a story for the team and client on how to improve operations, efficiency and customer support.

Key Job Responsibilities

·           Provide dedicated analytics support to the North America operations team
·           Use data and analysis to find compelling trends within the customer service data
·           Build a story to help management, clients and customers to make improvements
·           Work the Customer Experience Transformation (CxT), the business intelligence (BI) and enterprise data warehouse (EDW) teams to understand and review analytical methodology
·           Day to day activities will be based on needs of the client and account management teams
·           Support all upcoming client meetings and requests
·           Use available data to quantify and tie numbers with business processes in order to improve customer lives
·           Work rotates among clients and sites to support quarterly business reviews, client account meetings, six sigma plans and get well plans
·           Performs self-guided data analysis, communication and story-telling skills to transform analysis into actions
Prioritize tasks and deliverables among multiple clients

Other Related Duties

  •        Identifies any obstacles to providing the highest quality customer service and provides feedback communication to management
  •       Implements best practice methodology to ensure team is following the most effective business operations approaches


Job Requirements:


Job Requirements
Minimum Education and Experience:
  • 2+ years within a call center environment performing financial analysis is required.  Experience within a BPO is strongly preferred. 
  • 2+ years industry experience working with/extracting large amounts of data into excel for data analysis purposes. 
  • 2+ years consulting experience, either internal corporate consulting, or external management consulting
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Advanced experience with MS Excel, and Powerpoint is required
  • Experience with BI tools: QlikView, Logi Analytics, or PowerBI is a plus
  • Experience with presentation software such as Tableau, Domo, Gephi a plus
  • Ability to translate business objectives in actionable analyses
