Product Engineer is responsible for preparing and supporting the transition of New products into Refurbishment and Repair operations for a variety of electronic products such as Desktop computer, Notebook, Workstation, Thin client and Monitor products.

Prepare product BOM based on source information.
2. Create Accessory and Documentation list for products.
3. Set up new product information into shop floor system such as BOM, Accessory, Documentation, etc.
4. Prepare and test OS, software, in-house tools, and apply to Refurbishment and Repair operations.
5. Test BIOS, Firmware and other diagnostics, and release to the operations.
6. Review, resolve and escalate daily engineering, production and quality issues.
7. Provide engineering and technical support to daily production activity.
8. Provide operator training and process improvement.
9. Maintain engineering documents and reporting.
10. Work independently with minimal direct supervision.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent to related disciplines and experiences) in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or Computer field.
Computer skills including high proficiency level of Microsoft Excel and Word. Basic Knowledge of computer manufacturing process and Shop floor system. Clear understanding of engineering / technical information and follow up. Capable of working with cross-functional teams. Quickly troubleshoot problems and analyze issues.
Preferred experiences in manufacturing BOM structures and creation and data validation and in programming languages (C#, XML, Delphi, VB, SQL, Java). Ability to adjust to multiple demands, shifting work priorities, adversity and change. Ability to complete the assignment on schedule. Excellent verbal and written communication / reporting and interpersonal skills
