Lease end services:
·        You are representing our client - you are reaching out to customers who leased a vehicle, the contract term was up – the vehicle was returned to the dealership – at the dealership the vehicle gets inspected – they record the current mileage and any excess wear and tear they see.  If the mileage and or wear and tear are out of compliance with their lease contract ~ the customer gets billed.
 
·        We only have 90 days to collect this dept before it gets charged off and sent to a collection agency.   We want to stay Customer Service Focused – talk them thru the charges – validate if they dispute any – we may have to pull the contract to remind them of the details…. Call the dealership to confirm information - update the bill if necessary.  This is a blend of inbound and outbound – skip tracing and research – lots of multi-tasking – very fast paced work environment.   2 weeks’ classroom training M-F - production shift is M-F 3 days 7a-4p and 2 days 10a-7p.   Hourly wage is $12.00 plus a Monthly Bonus Opportunity – Bonus is very lucrative

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

Minimum Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred

• Customer service experience a plus

• Phone-related customer service a major plus

• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Stellar customer service skills – and an overwhelming desire to make lives better, one interaction at a time

• Ability to use phone and computer systems

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Strong listening/comprehension skills

• Ability to stay composed and objective

• Conversational, patient and confident, with a positive attitude
