JOB SUMMARY
Provide administrative and client support to Client Services team including preparing reports and setting up client information.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


• Maintain a database of current and prospective client information, ensuring timely delivery of accurate client activity reports
• Log and track all client calls, assisting Client Services management in handling any concerns
• May be required to organize client meetings and teleconference to strengthen client relationships
• Stay up-to-date about company products and services
• Address client concerns and work with other teams to provide immediate resolutions
• Provide accurate information regarding client services policies and procedures
• Assist in setting up new accounts and answering questions about services or status
• May be required to obtain client feedbacks and make recommendations to meet or exceed client needs


OTHER RELATED DUTIES
• May assisting in developing best practices to improve client service quality and productivity
• Utilize appropriate administrative techniques to encourage outstanding client service relationships, both internal and external, to enhance the Client Services function experience






JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate’s degree from accredited college or university preferred
• Considerable experience in a call center client services operations environment

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Minimum two years client services support experience in a business-to-business and/or teleservices environment required
• Ability to treat all internal/external customers and team members with dignity and respect
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communications and organizational skills
• Flexibility and versatility in problem analysis and resolution
• Strong sense of urgency to complete work quickly and accurately and ability to work independently and multi-task


Work Environment:
• Constant sedentary work performed in a climate-controlled call center environment


Physical Demands:
• Must be able to work in a call center environment
